We accelerate the success of students aged 10-18 around the world, by coaching them on personal development, communication & entrepreneurship, through regular:

• In-person group sessions.

• One-to-one coaching (in-person or online).

• Field trips to local businesses.

We focus on helping students to develop their own real-world, creative, entrepreneurial projects that they are personally passionate about.

Because this is the most efficient method to discover who you are, what you’re good at, learn what you need, to be effective, plan, create, communicate, collaborate, negotiate, network, solve problems, sell, get experience, build character, and make an impact.

In short, the fundamental abilities that will remain relevant in a world transformed by AI.

Sangha Academy is currently a part-time programme that supplements conventional education, with sessions & trips taking place on weekends or after school.

However, we are accelerating plans to open full-time, in-person “schools” that will run all year-round (including during conventional school holidays), where parents and students will have the freedom to choose a subscription level and attendance schedule that suits them.

This means that kids can get enough sleep (vital for learning, and healthy growth), and come in when it suits them (within reason). It also allows parents to spend more time with their kids at home (when they want), and enjoy cheaper family holidays while others are in school.
